Shipping policy

Orders placed Monday through Friday by 9:00 am PST will be processed within 24 hours. Orders placed on Friday after 10:00 am PST and through the weekend may begin processing on the following Monday.

All shipments will originate from one of our four store locations in Southern California. Please note that orders containing multiple items may be shipped separately. A shipment confirmation will be sent for each item as it is processed.

Blue Eyed Girl is not responsible for any packages once delivery is confirmed via tracking information. NO shipping charges will be refunded for packages that are returned to us due to an non-deliverable/incorrect address.
