Orders may be cancelled if your item is out of stock or your payment method was declined or deemed insecure. In the event your order is canceled, you will be notified as to the reason via e-mail.

Once your order has been process, you will receive a Shipping Confirmation email that contains your tracking info. Please be advised that we are not responsible for any shipping delays to do weather, etc.

Orders with standard shipping are processed within 48 hours. Depending on the method, most orders arrive within 1-5 business days. Please note there may be delays due to holidays or weather disturbances.

Orders that arrive damaged will be replaced or refunded immediately! Please send photos of the damaged items and packaging to shopblueeyedgirl@gmail.com, and keep the damaged package and item (we will need both to file a damage claim with the carrier).

Returns must be received within 30 days of the original order date. Please see our Return Policy to ensure your items are eligible.

Blue Eyed Girl gift cards from our store locations (2024 and prior) can be used online - simply leave off the first '0' if your gift card number begins with '0'. If you have any issues, please email us with your gift card number for assistance: shopblueeyedgirl@gmail.com
All gift cards received from January 1, 2025 and after can be used in store and online by entering the gift card code as-is.
