Once your order has been process, you will receive a Shipping Confirmation email that contains your tracking info. Please be advised that we are not responsible for any shipping delays to do weather, etc.
Once we receive your return shipment, please allow 1-2 business days for the return to be processed. You will receive a email confirming the refund has been initiated.

Orders that arrive damaged will be replaced or refunded immediately! Please send photos of the damaged items and packaging toshopblueeyedgirl@gmail.com, and keep the damaged package and item (we will need both to file a damage claim with the carrier).
