Returns
We want you to love your purchase! If the eligible item you ordered does not fit or is not to your liking we are happy to offer an exchange or refund to your original method of payment. To be eligible, the following requirements must be met.
RETURN REQUIREMENTS
- Sale items marked to 50% off or more cannot be returned. Discounts are noted on each product's page.
- Sale items purchased with any additional discount applied (Extra XX% Off) are final sale.
- Intimates, skincare, fragrance and all other beauty products are final sale.
- Returns must be received within 30 days of the original order date.
- Merchandise must be unused, unaltered, undamaged, and with all tags and accessories.
- Items returned with makeup, deodorant, perfume, or signs of wear will be denied a refund and shipped back to you.
- Shoe boxes must be returned undamaged and without postage labels.
ONLINE RETURNS BY MAIL
Option 1: Make your own label
Create a label with the carrier of your choice, and send your item back to the address listed on your return/exchange form. Be sure to include the form inside the package.
Option 2: Use Our Pre-Paid Label
Login to your online account and go to your orders. Select the item(s) you wish to return and submit a return request. Once approved, a pre-paid label will be sent to you via e-mail. A $9.99 return fee will be deducted from your refund for clothing and small accessories. A $12.99 return fee applies to shoes, hats or other oversized returns.
ONLINE RETURNS IN STORE
Online returns in store are easy and free! Simply drop off your item(s) to any store location. Your return will be processed within 24 hours. Or, you may exchange your item(s) for in store merchandise.
Merchandise purchased in store may be exchanged or returned for store credit within 15 days of purchase. All tags must be attached.
IN STORE RETURNS
In store purchases may be exchanged or returned for store credit within 15 days of purchase. No refunds. Sale items are final sale.
REFUNDS
Please allow up to 3 business days from receipt of your return for it to be processed. You will receive an e-mail confirmation once processing is complete. Your funds should be posted to your account within 2-3 business days, depending on your payment method. We recommend creating an account at the time of your order so that you can easily keep track of shipments and refunds.
Please note that any original shipping charges are non-refundable, unless you received a damaged or incorrect item.
EXCHANGES
If you would like to make an exchange, please email us shopblueeyedgirl@gmail.com and indicate the item and size you would like to exchange for. We will be happy to reserve that item for you, and process your exchange once we receive your return.
If you are returning your item in store, you may exchange for any item you wish.
