We want you to love your purchase! If the item you ordered does not fit or is not to your liking we are happy to offer an exchange or refund to your original method of payment. To be eligible, the following requirements must be met.
- Sale items reduced to 50% off (or more) are marked FINAL SALE and cannot be returned.
- Sale items purchased during a Sale on Sale promo are final sale.
- For hygienic reasons, skincare, fragrance and underwear (except for bralettes) are final sale.
- Returns must be postmarked within 30 days of the order date. Items returned past the 30 day period will be denied a refund and shipped back to you.
- Merchandise must be unused, unaltered, undamaged, and with all tags and accessories.
- Items returned with makeup, deodorant, perfume, or signs of wear will be denied a refund and shipped back to you.
- Shoe boxes must be returned undamaged and without postage labels.

Return shipping is the customer's responsibility - we do not offer free returns at this time.
If you were shipped a damaged or incorrect item, we'll make it right! Please email a photo to shopblueeyedgirl.com. Once the error is confirmed we will send a pre-paid return label.
RETURNS IN STORE
In store returns are easy and free! Simply drop off your item(s) to any store location. Your return will be processed within 24 hours. Or, you may exchange your item(s) for in store merchandise.
Please allow up to 3 business days from receipt of your return for it to be processed. You will receive an e-mail confirmation once processing is complete. Your funds should be posted to your account within 2-3 business days, depending on your payment method. We recommend creating an account at the time of your order so that you can easily keep track of shipments and refunds.
Please note that any original shipping charges are non-refundable, unless you received a damaged or incorrect item.
At this time, we only offer even exchanges for different sizes online. Please make a note on your return form of the size you would like instead. If it is unavailable, a refund will be provided.
If you are returning your item in store, you may exchange for any item you wish.
