Due to growing restrictions due to COVID-19, we are offering free returns to all continental U.S. customers until April 19, 2020. Simply email us with your order # and item you wish to return and a pre-paid return label will be sent to you.
All in store purchases from March 1-15 will be eligible for exchange/store credit within 15 days of stores reopening. Please sign up for our email list to be notified of the exact date.
We want you to love your purchase! If the item you ordered does not fit or is not to your liking we are happy to offer an exchange or refund to your original method of payment. To be eligible, the following requirements must be met.
- Sale items reduced to 50% off or more are Final Sale and cannot be returned. The discount % is noted next to the product's sale price.
- For hygienic reasons skincare, fragrance and thongs/underwear are final sale. Bralettes may be returned.
- Returns must be postmarked within 30 days of the order date. Items returned past the 30 day period will be denied a refund and shipped back to you.
- Merchandise must be unused, unaltered, undamaged, and with all tags and accessories.
- Items returned with makeup, deodorant, perfume, or signs of wear will be denied a refund and shipped back to you.
- Shoe boxes must be returned undamaged and without postage labels.

Complete the return form and include it in your return package. Be sure to include your name and order number. Lost or misplaced your form? Email us for assistance: email@example.com
If you were shipped a damaged or incorrect item, we'll make it right! Please email a photo to shopblueeyedgirl.com. Once the error is confirmed we will send a pre-paid return label.
If you believe your items were damaged during shipping, please email us (firstname.lastname@example.org) with your name, order # and photos of the damages so we can file a claim with the carrier and get a replacement item sent to you.
RETURNS IN STORE
Online returns in store are easy and free! Simply drop off your item(s) to any store location. Your return will be processed within 24 hours. Or, you may exchange your item(s) for in store merchandise.
Merchandise purchased in store may be exchanged or returned for store credit within 15 days of purchase. All tags must be attached.
Please allow up to 3 business days from receipt of your return for it to be processed. You will receive an e-mail confirmation once processing is complete. Your funds should be posted to your account within 2-3 business days, depending on your payment method. We recommend creating an account at the time of your order so that you can easily keep track of shipments and refunds.
Please note that any original shipping charges are non-refundable, unless you received a damaged or incorrect item.
At this time, we only offer even exchanges for different sizes online. Please make a note on your return form of the size you would like instead. If it is unavailable, a refund will be provided.
If you are returning your item in store, you may exchange for any item you wish.
