Refund policy

We want you to love your purchase! If the item you ordered does not fit or is not to your liking we are happy to offer an exchange or refund to your original method of payment. To be eligible, the following requirements must be met. Please note that any original shipping charges are non-refundable.

RETURN REQUIREMENTS

All Sale items marked as Final Sale cannot be returned. 

Sale items purchased with any additional discount applied (Extra XX% Off Sale) are final sale and cannot be returned. 

Returns must be postmarked within 30 days of the order date. Items returned past the 30 day period will be denied a refund and shipped back to you.

Merchandise must be unused, unaltered, undamaged, and with all tags and accessories.

All underwear, skincare, fragrance and beauty products are final sale.

Shoe boxes must be returned undamaged and without postage labels.

Items returned with makeup, deodorant, perfume, or signs of wear will be denied a refund and shipped back to you.
